GRAAD performs authentication/grading and updates service status through integrated systems.
5. Order closure and final delivery
Based on outcome, order is completed or refunded by policy; final shipping is managed by GRAAD.

If card is not authentic
- GRAAD reports non-authenticity and the card is removed from marketplace flow.
- SpellsTrade refunds the buyer for the card value.
- Shipping, payment fees and GRAAD service cost are non-refundable.
If card is authentic
- With matching condition (or minor discrepancy) the order is completed.
- With major discrepancy buyer may request refund according to policy.
- GRAAD outcome is synced to SpellsTrade systems for automatic order status updates.
Shipping and responsibilities
- Seller ships to GRAAD with checkout-selected shipping method.
- Final shipment to buyer is handled directly by GRAAD.
- Final delivery timing and costs follow GRAAD operational terms.
Costs and refunds
- Once started, GRAAD service is not refundable.
