Platform identity and role

Spellstrade is a peer-to-peer marketplace for TCG cards and products operated by Spells Technologies S.r.l., Via Matteotti 60B, 20883 Mezzago (MB), Italia, P.IVA 14290760967. Spellstrade connects sellers and buyers and provides catalog, collection, auctions, buy-now listings, offers, promotional services, Seller Pro analytics and optional third-party integrations. Unless expressly stated, Spellstrade is not the seller of products listed by users.

Accounts, age and checks

To use buying or selling features you must provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential and use the platform lawfully. Some features require identity checks, tax data, IBAN or KYC through payment providers. We may suspend or limit accounts that breach these terms, avoid platform fees, publish prohibited content or create risk for other users.

Marketplace rules

• Listings must accurately describe product, language, condition, finish, grading and quantity.
• Counterfeit cards, undeclared proxies, misleading content and off-platform sales are not allowed.
• Auctions, buy-now listings and offers are binding when an order is confirmed under the platform rules.
• Seller Pro, Market Pulse and price data are informational tools, not financial or tax advice and not a sale guarantee.
• Promotional services increase visibility but do not guarantee views, bids, final price or sale.

Seller duties

Sellers confirm they can sell the listed products, that information is truthful and that images and descriptions are not misleading. After payment they must package safely, ship within the time shown on the platform, use the buyer-selected method where applicable and provide tracking or proof of shipment. Sellers remain responsible for authenticity, conformity, taxes, customs and third-party rights.

Buyer duties

Buyers must use accurate payment and shipping details, pay orders within the stated time, choose a shipping method matching the protection they want and cooperate on checks, delivery or disputes. International duties, import taxes and customs costs are borne by the buyer unless stated otherwise.

Payments, fees and payouts

Payments are processed by third-party providers, including Stripe and other checkout methods. Payment, protection, selling, promotion and payout fees are those shown on the platform or pricing page at the time of the transaction. Seller funds may be held until delivery confirmation, operational deadlines, dispute closure, anti-fraud checks or compliance obligations.

Shipping, delivery and disputes

Spellstrade facilitates order handling, but shipment is performed by the seller or selected carrier. If a product does not arrive, arrives damaged or differs from the description, both parties must provide evidence such as photos, videos, tracking and messages. Where applicable, a dispute may open automatically after 22 days and remain open for 5 days for evidence. Spellstrade may mediate and decide based on available information.

GRAAD, grading and third-party services

When users choose authentication, grading, payment, logistics, email, analytics or customer-care services supplied by third parties, partner terms may also apply. Spellstrade integrates the flow but does not control partner timing, technical assessments or decisions, except for mandatory legal responsibilities.

Limits and changes

The platform is provided within the limits allowed by law, without guarantee of continuous availability, absence of errors, market price or commercial result. We may update features, fees and rules by publishing updated versions. Continued use after an update means acceptance of the new terms.

Spellstrade may provide an AI assistant, Market Pulse, estimates, alerts and personalised pricing or catalogue tools. These features process only the authenticated context needed for the request and may produce incomplete or inaccurate information. They are not legal, tax or financial advice, do not guarantee value and do not make binding account decisions. Transaction records and the rules displayed in the platform always prevail for orders, payments, shipping, fees and rights.
